Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team and drive growth in the hotel and restaurant sectors. This individual will play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and executing strategic plans that contribute to the company’s overall objectives. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, have strong communication skills, and possess a proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and prospect new hotel and restaurant clients.
- Pitch the company’s services and convert leads into customers.
- Create and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through cold calling, emails, and social media outreach.
- Target Achievement
- Set and achieve business acquisition targets within the hotel and restaurant sectors.
- Take ownership of sales goals and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
- Relationship Management
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
- Act as the company’s brand ambassador to build trust and rapport in the marketplace.
- Strategy Development
- Create and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with company goals.
- Set clear targets and objectives for business growth and work towards meeting them.
- Client Engagement
- Meet prospective clients, present the company’s offerings, and prepare tailored proposals.
- Engage with clients effectively to close sales and meet or exceed targets.
- Report Analysis & Sales Performance
- Analyze sales data and generate performance reports using MS Excel.
- Use insights from reports to inform strategies and adjust business development efforts.
- Cold Calling & Social Media Outreach
- Use cold calling, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms to generate leads and engage with potential clients.
- Build a strong online presence to attract and interact with new prospects.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, particularly within the hotel and restaurant sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to set and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to generate reports.
- Knowledge of cold calling techniques and social media engagement.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Experience in creating and presenting proposals to clients. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in business development, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field..
